- Automated systems (robots, spiders) to access the service.
- Attempting to interfere with the system integrity or security.
- Using the service for any commercial solicitation purposes.
4. Orders and Warranty
All orders placed through the platform are subject to availability. Warranty claims are processed based on the serial number validation as defined in our service module. We reserve the right to verify every claim before processing.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Bhoor Implements, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
